You Are Not Broken. You Are Inheriting.
And there is a difference, a biological, architectural, correctable difference between the two.
THE PROBLEM
You have done the work. You have read the books. You have been in the rooms. You have journaled, processed, prayed, and still, the pattern returns. The hypervigilance. The people-pleasing. The way you shrink before you speak. The way your body braces before anyone has even said a word.
You have been told this is trauma. You have been told this is anxiety. You have been told this is your personality.
None of those answers are precise enough to be useful.
What is actually happening is this: your nervous system is running a survival code that was written by the people who raised you, who were themselves running code written by the people who raised them. The patterns you perform automatically, the ones you cannot seem to choose your way out of are not yours. They are inherited. Biologically encoded. Myelinated into the architecture of your nervous system before you had language to question them.
You have been trying to heal a pattern that was never a wound. It was an installation.
You cannot heal your way out of an inheritance. You have to audit it, name it, and consciously choose what you will and will not transmit forward.
